Warranty Program

●The goods received by the customer do not match the product description due to our sending the wrong goods

●Product surface defects: such as serious defects in the surface plating/painting of the product

●Welding problems: such as product desoldering, unstable welding, etc.

●The product is damaged during transportation and cannot be used normally.

Due to the particularity of the product, if there is any quality problem with the goods, we will negotiate with the customer and resend the goods as soon as possible, or deduct/return the amount of products of equal value.

●Our sales staff will provide a detailed and complete quotation when quoting, and attach real pictures of the product and usage videos, etc.

Returns & Exchanges

It depends on the situation. Generally, we do not accept returns or changes to orders unless it is due to quality issues. Please make sure to check the product details before placing an order to avoid unnecessary changes.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us to confirm the specific return details.

If the product you purchased is in stock, we will exchange your order asap.

For small quantities of goods, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible after confirming the need for return or exchange. Regarding the freight, we will determine it based on the specific situation.

For large quantities of goods, we often arrange transportation together in subsequent orders. The freight depends on the specific situation.

Shipping & recent orders

●Small quantity of goods: can be shipped by sea/air/express, etc. We can provide door to door service.

●Bulk goods: Usually we ship by sea to save transportation costs. LCL or FCL loading will be no problem, we can use our own or your freight forwarder to arrange the transportation of goods to your designated sea port.

We provide a variety of packaging methods to ensure that the products can be delivered to customers safely and smoothly: 1. Bubble Bag+Master Cartons 2. Wood Craft/Wood Case 3. Pallet (Plastic or Ply-wood material)

By Sea: 3 weeks ~ 5 weeks (after shipped from the China ports)

By Air: 1 or 2 weeks (after received the tracking bill)

Notices: If door to door delivery required, will take 1 week(+3days) for custom clearance.

Once the goods are dispatched, we will provide the shipping documents (such as bill of lading, express delivery note, etc.) as soon as possible. Our customers can check the transportation track of the goods on the official website of the corresponding freight forwarder or express carrier.
